In a very good, price clipped dust jacket with a 1/4 deep chip at the base of the spine area, two 1/8 inch chips at the top edge of same and wear at the fore corners of the front panel. Signed and inscribed by the author on the first free end paper with: "To Mary Ann | My favorite girl | Eric Sloane".
