McClintock with his bookplate and laid in is a black and white photograph of McClintock with Theodore Roosevelt when they were together for the dedication of the Roosevelt Dam in Arizona in 1911. The photograph is likely a later generation as it is on Kodak paper which was not developed until 1915. Double page map frontispiece, xxii, 231 pp. Translated from Nunez's own narrative edited and with an introduction by Fanny Bandelier whose translation is considered one of the best. The narrative of Alvar Núñez Cabeza de Vaca is the first European book devoted completely (truncated)
