This is a mixed set of educational posters. Per the included teacher's guide,

“This poster set presents fourteen brief biographies of distinguished black Americans, most of whom are living today . . . the biography is written for middle-level elementary students to read . . . People profiled include household names like Bill Cosby and Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., but also lesser known personalities such as the publisher John H. Johnson, and Guion S. Bluford, Jr., the first African American astronaut to be launched into space.
