1920 · United States
United States, 1920. Good to very good. Dust soiling and wear, short tears.. Illustrated sign used to advertise first aid products to families with children: "Stub your toe and down you go. But there are lots of accidents besides a sore toe. The home kit should contain Cottons, Bandages, Adhesive Plasters, Peroxide, Witch Hazel, Ointments etc. Your's [sic] will be a good emergency outfit if made up from our stock of fine Accident Helps". The image depicts a boy in a flat cap next to a girl with a large red bow on their way to a little red school house. Measures approx. 13.75" by 22". We have been unable to locate another example on the market or in sale records. Interesting to see that, for the most part, home first aid kits have remained unchanged.
