A 9 ½” x 7” mint-colored vinyl hardcover “Tattle Tales” baby book for Rita Louise McConnell (b.1945). Born to Stella and Virgil McConnell in Ottumwa, Iowa in 1945, Rita’s mother Stella diligently filled out the measurements, milestones, and miscellanea of her first few months. Mrs. McConnell’s notes are sporadic therafter, but close in 1952 with the family’s move to Colorado when baby Rita was 7.~~Laid in is the hospital record of her footprints and an envelope containing a pressed rose. ~~Slight wear on covers. Good condition.~. (Inventory #: 298485)
