Near Fine in a Very Good jacket, unclipped ($2.50, lightly rubbed at the surface and edges, heavily toned on the spine. Blue and magenta cloth with gilt bands on the spine and front panel. Firmly bound with a slight forward lean, red top stain, clean internally. Cobb's anti-war novel based on his experiences during World War I. Adapted into the 1957 Stanley Kubrick film starring Kirk Douglas.
