Good Condition. 66 letters, largely orders -- often quite detailed -- for various publications. The letters come from all over Mexico and a couple from the US -- AZ and TX -- with a number of repeat orders. Almost all including the original stamps and envelopes and marked "Paid" with a date. Letters date from 1897-1922 (with one later order from 1943) with the largest number, 49 letters, from late 1921 and early 1922 when Antonio Vanegas Arroyo's son Blas was running the business. They give a fascinating view of the business of what is probably the most important Mexican publisher of the late 19th and early 20th century. Some degradation, biopredation, (truncated)
