One of 250 "royal octavo" copies of one of the earliest major bibliographies of the Civil War, compiled by the notable bibliographer and boundary surveyor, John Russell Bartlett. The over 6000 entries in this work are terse, but include books, pamphlets, congressional reports, British government reports, essays, magazine articles, and nearly any other type of printed document related not only to the Civil (truncated)
