Hart (1911-1990) was an American literary scholar and professor at UC Berkeley for fifty-four years. He is best known for his work "The Oxford Companion to American Literature". Owen Seaman (1861-1936) was a British writer, journalist and poet, probably best known as editor of "Punch" from 1906-1932.
