Bookrate postage within the U.S. is included on prepaid orders. All foreign orders and any domestic orders with deferred billing will be charged postage. Postage will also be charged on any order shipped via priority or expedited service. VISA, MasterCard, U.S.-dollar checks drawn upon American banks, or postal money orders are accepted for payment. Any book may be returned within five days of receipt.
