Terms of Sale

The shipping charge incurred at Biblio is for Media Mail service, via the USPS. This provides very basic tracking, no guarantee of arrival date and no insurance coverage. We might contact you after receiving your order to provide the cost to upgrade the service level and insurance. It is your decision to accept or reject those services. All parcels shipped without insurance coverage are shipped at the customer's own risk. We cannot provide refunds for undelivered parcels. Should something undue happen, it is the customer's responsibility to submit the claim with the USPS. UPS services are also available upon request.
