Number 4 of around 300 copies. Red vinyl 7 inch LP with two tracks narrated by Yoko Ono in English inserted in the inside front cover. The book contains 12 illustrated pages of black and white cartoon imagery by Yoji Kuri, a well-known Japanese cartoonist, independent filmmaker, and pioneer of Japanese animation.
