Offenburg (Baden): Burda, 1961. First edition. Lacks the dust wrapper, and as usual, the 2 very rare 45rpm records from rear sleeve. In 1960 photographer William Claxton and noted German musicologist Joachim (truncated) E. Berendt traveled the United States capturing the world of jazz.
