Two inch tear along the right edge, small puncture, and scrapes at the rear corners, very good. A Halloween Parade organized by a men's fraternal group that claimed descent from the Sons of Liberty and the Boston Tea Party. The broadside promises "Many Prizes for Clubs, Organizations, Bands, Men, Women, and Children." And further "Advertise your business. We welcome all advertisers ... BUT no Auto or Truck permitted ... unless they are decorated." Additionally a Grand Ball was to be held at Convention Hall on the Boardwalk after the Parade. Scarce. *OCLC* locates no copies.
