String Tie
1932
1932. String Tie. 5 1/2" separation base of cover at fold.. 40 p. with paper wraps. The typical yearbook with photo images and summaries. This is followed by a series of tongue-in-cheek narratives on the events and organizations experienced by the students through the year. Appropriately includes lots of artwork. One quite specific to their chosen studies is "What the Well Dressed Artist Will Wear", includes such items as a Special artist's lorgnette; replaces old-fashioned method of making frame with fingers... Interestingly the year book was dedicated to a young man " Austin Purves, Jr. Measures 8" x 11".
