Introduction, index, and lessons 1-10, in two string-bound binders. Some stains and dog-earing. Ragsdale, "The Candy Specialist," of East Orange, developed and marketed a "New System of Specialty Candy Factories" and taught the art of candymaking and selling through these mimeographed lessons. The full extended course appears to have contained 26 lessons. (Inventory #: 14663)
