New [i.e. fourth] edition, corrected and improved by the addition of nearly five hundred articles, 8vo, pp. xlviii & unpaginated lexicon in double column; contemporary half morocco over marbled boards, rubbed and scuffed, binding firm; a good copy or better. First published in 1774, the dictionary went through many editions over the following seventy-five years.
