These two volumes contain the treaties of the South and West of Europe (Spain, Portugal, France, Great Britain, Holland, Germany, Italian States--the other volumes (truncated) cover the North and East) from the Peace of Westphalia (1648) to the Treaty of Fontainebleau (1785).
