N.p., 1883. 8vo, pp. 8; text printed in double columns; self wrappers, edges a bit toned, else near fine. Speech addressing an upcoming vote to "approve and sanction the sale of intoxicating drinks" in the town of Waltham. Young concludes thus: "Let, then, every one who loves this town and desires to see all its inhabitants prosperous and happy, vote, and let him persuade his neighbors to vote, NO!"
