Program, 4to, pictorial covers, illustrated, 40 pp. Very slight aging, a couple of faint ink letters on front cover; covers bright, clean, and firm, an almost excellent copy overall. The 1958 World Series was an exciting one, which saw the Yanks down three games to one, come back and avenge their 1957 series loss to the Braves by winning the last three games. Mantle hit two home runs in one game, which would eventually translate into a lifetime World Series record, but it was the hitting of Hank Bauer that did it for the Yanks this time around. Bauer had ten hits, four home runs, and averaged .323 for the series. A very young Hank Aaron was the star for (truncated)
