Highly detailed oversize colorful pastel portrait -- a glamorous image executed on heavy stock paper, measuring 12 x 9 inches, mounted on an artist board to 14 x 11 inches, by artist Pat Arnold, no place, no date, circa 1940. Inscribed to the artist: "To Pat - With Admiration for your Talent! Sincerely, Peggy Lee." Very good condition with outstanding contrast. American jazz and popular music singer, songwriter, composer, and actress whose career spanned over six decades.
