Light foxing and soiling to wraps and outer text leaves. Stab holes at gutter margin where formerly bound. A heated public spat over the origins of and support for a piece of legislation before the Jalisco state congress in 1845, featuring an extended "fatherless child" metaphor. The actual debate revolves around rules pertaining to the appointment of judges and their conformity to the Mexican constitution. In attractive printed wrappers; OCLC reports just one copy, at USC.
