Small surface tear on front picture plate. 1928 Large Hardcover. 384, 192 pp. Two catalogs of specifications for available greenhouse designs, with information about existing clients that provides an interesting glimpse into the nursery business in the early part of the twentieth century. Illustrated with black-and-white photographs, a few colorized photos, and architectural diagrams. Our research suggests these two catalogs originally were published separately and bound in wrappers, (truncated) so this volume was either custom bound for a client, or rebound in emulation of the cover style of the paperbacks (in our opinion, the former seems more likely, given the quality of the mounted picture plate on the front board).
