Baltimore: published by order of the convention, November 10, 1831. First edition, 8vo, pp. 44; original printed blue wrappers; spine perished, text lightly toned and with the occasional spot of damp; all else very good. At the top of the front wrapper the ownership signature of A[lexander] H. Everett, the brother of Edward Everett. An early Kennedy title. Blanck, apparently, had not seen a copy in wrappers. "Kennedy's own copy (in PB) is annotated by him and identifies his co-authors as Warren Dutton, Charles J. Ingersol (or: Ingersoll).
