Printed by Heritage Printers on mould-made paper from Carterie Enrico Magnani, Pescia, Italy. With publisher's prospectus.

Bound in publisher's quarter black Nigerian goatskin over green cloth with black goatskin fore-edge. Green morocco (truncated) spine label, lettered in gilt. Housed in a black cloth slipcase. A fine copy.
