First edition (?), a separate printing of the ten numbered sections of the act, passed in the assembly and sent to the governor for signing. 8vo. 3 pp. Provides the aid to all living soldiers and sailor, and widows who married before 1900, funding for the expenses, rules for setting up an Honor Board in each county, means for carrying out the provisions, etc. Such an act was in effect in South Carolina until at least 1962.
