Copy #3 of 40 numbered copies of which only the first ten (+ 3 A.P.) copies, comprising the deluxe issue, were issued in a traycase with additional samples laid in. Signed by publisher Rollin Milroy (his signature printed) and his two primary collaborators, Claudia Cohen and Barbara Hodgson, the latter of whom has "randomly" embellished and annotated the material. Quarto, 67 pp. + sample leaves. Printed in Perpetua type on dampened Guarro laid (truncated) paper. Bound in publisher's stenciled green and bronze paper-covered boards over art vellum spine titled in black. Together with 7 gray card folders containing prints and samples from various collaborators, "Dramatis Personae" sheet, colophon position proof, and publisher's prospectus. In a black cloth traycase made by Cohen, gold and green bronze-lettered paper label to spine. Some of the smaller samples in the misc. folder have stuck to the folder's interior adhesive; else Fine.
