The front page is dedicated to Mr. [John Quincy] Adams speech concerning the Nullification Crisis, and his opposition to the [Compromise] Tariff. Other articles include an announcement of the death of Commodore Samuel Tucker, who George Washington selected to command (truncated) a flotilla of armed schoolers during the Revolutionary War and who would take Ambassador John Adams to France, and an article concerning the Cherokee Indians.
