With an engraved frontispiece portrait of Mungo Park, a folding map showing “The Route of Mr. Park”; 5 plates; a map of North Africa’; a Chart of Variations; and 2 leaves of music “A Negro Song from Mr. Parks’ Travels”. The Dedication Page has an error -- “INSRCIBED” for “INSCRIBED”. There is damp staining, affecting the first map and several plates, and the maps have old and effective reinforcements to the versos.
