Woodstock, VT, September 21, 1796]. 12-3/4" x 8" bifolium and 12-3/4" x 8" leaf, which was pinned to bifolium, forming 6 pp. document. Text in neat hand to rectos and versos, docketed on verso of final leaf. Content in neat hand. The estate sued two Vermont men, Elias Curtis and Isaac Morgan, for rent owed to Colden for one of his lands in Gloucester County, New York in 1775.
