Rare rally flyer for the National Hunger March of 1931, sponsored by the National Unemployed Councils, a CPUSA-affiliated advocacy group. The flyer urges unemployed citizens to march on the Capitol to demand financial relief in the wake of the devastating economic depression spawned by the great Wall Street crash of 1929.
