Typed note inside lower cover reads: "My friends, The price for this booklet was calculated on postage by ship. This way is not possible any more. Every printed matter has to be send by Air Mail now. Because of the increase of postage I will ask you for 8. Dollar USA or 5 £ London in notes. Please do not send bank cheques. The bank are charging me $ 5. Dollar for every cheque."
