A near fine copy in photo-illustrated wrappers with some very minor wear. Signed and inscribed by Ramirez on the front free endpaper to curator and author Thomas H. Garver who at the time of the inscription in 1977 was curator of exhibitions at the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco. A nice association copy. (Inventory #: 205293)
