1832 Signed letter by Daniel Webster Addressed to Mr. Frothingham

n.p.: n.p., 1832. Letter. Very good. Letter. Folded. Approx. 7.5" x 5". 1 page of content. Signed letter by Daniel Webster to Mr. Frothingham. Contents appear to be business related. Translation difficult due to the style of Webster's hand writing. Written on the back side of the letter, in a different hand, is "D. Webster July 31, 1832." Mr. Frothingham's name is written a second time on the back fold of the paper. Paper is in very good condition. This letter was probably written to Richard Frothingham, Jr. of Boston to whom Webster corresponded in at least one other letter found online (Dartmouth). Daniel Webster (January 18, 1782 – October 24, 1852) was an American statesman who represented New Hampshire and Massachusetts in the United States Congress and served as the United States Secretary of State under Presidents William Henry Harrison, John Tyler, and Millard Fillmore. He was also a prominent attorney, especially during the period of the Marshall Court.
