Bound in publisher's blue cloth with gilt-stamped titles to spine and upper cover, plain endpapers. Covers show general rubbing and wear, some fraying at corners and edges, spine lettering dulled. Still a Good, sound copy of a rare monograph in which Prof. Parker translates and analyzes two ancient astronomical texts preserved on papyrus dating the the second or third century CE. .
