Fading to spine, moderate toning to interior, small wormhole through f. 165 of Plees with no loss to legibility, small hole to title page of Kinges Prerogative, clean tear to its leaf I1 (f. 64) mended at foot on recto and affecting text with no loss to legibility, early numbers and owner signature ("Woodcock"?) to title page and brief annotations (case citations and other references, in at least two hands, some affected by trimming) and underlining to a few text leaves of Plees, early annotation (a quotation from Psalm 15) and two owner signatures ("Saunders" and "J.
