He was a well-known lover of women. A fine beautiful copy with one very tiny nick to head, bound by Riviere in full blue polished calf double rued in gilt, raised bands, double brown morocco spine labels gilt, other compartments fully gilt decorated, blue marbled endpapers, inner gilt dentelles, all edges gilt, in a near fine blue cloth covered slipcase.
