Octavo (23.5cm); decorative paper-covered boards and patterned cloth backstrip, with title label mounted to spine; publisher's original acetate dustjacket; [8],9-161,[3]pp, with a tipped-in leaf following the copyright page, reproducing a color photograph of the Hotel Cro-Magnon at upper half, with a holograph poem and drawing by Eshleman beneath.
