Boards are square with a bump at bottom spine corner and over tail, light spotting along top edge, darkening to spine, and some general smudging to cloth. Front hinge starting with front board opening shakily and textblock opening easily between a few gatherings, but binding is holding. Shallow closed tear at top edge of Contents and pages a bit toned at edges but unmarked.
