Fundraising and recruiting prospectus for the NAACP, issued in April, 1958, following the integration struggles at Central High School in Little Rock, Arkansas in the Fall of 1957. The brochure invites membership in the Association, stating that all members of the NAACP were de facto witnesses and participants in the events in Little Rock - "You were with the children and parents as they went through the court tests...you lived through the riot around the school...you suffered with them the daily abuses of a handful of their schoolmates..."
