A pamphlet produced by the Scottsboro Defense Committee toward the tail end of the Decatur trials, charting the long list of injustices inflicted on the defendants by the Alabama legal system. The introductory statement ("Mistaken Identity" After Eleven Trials: Statement of the Prosecution, July 24, 1937) is followed by a series of press releases from national newspapers and various trial accounts (truncated) following the Scottsboro case. The concluding pages try to rally support for the five remaining defendants, including a long list of names of individuals and organizations supporting the cause, among them the ACLU, NAACP, Brotherhood of Sleeping Car Porters, Adam Clayton Powell, Jr., Angelo Herndon, W.E.B.
