Inserted are revision blue and pink sheets dated on several later dates in October and November. Screwbound into plasticized red Studio Duplicating Service wrappers with title in gilt. Rubber stamp of the Johnson-Liff Casting Associates stamped on the titlepage, title on front wrap a little tarnished but readable, considerable staining on first leaf, and continuing decreasingly through the first dozen or so along the bottom edge, a bit of rubbing and wear at the spine, overall good.
