A radical political catechism printed shortly after the establishment of the Second Republic, following the overthrow of the Orleans Monarchy in 1848. At head of title, the pamphlet prominently displays the Republic's new motto of "Liberty - Fraternity - Equality". We have been unsuccessful in attributing an identiy to the pseudonymous author 'V.B. (Inventory #: 83098)
