Bound in full burgundy leather, with boards elaborately decorated in black and gilt, lettered in gilt over black to each gilt-decorated spine, each volume gilt-edged, with sand-colored silk moire endpapers and a matching silk ribbon placemarker. A slight lean to spine of some volumes, particularly Volume 1, else fine, with bindings firm and sound and pages clean, bright, and unmarked. Blank Easton Press bookplate laid in to several volumes.
