Full red morocco by Riviere, t.e.g. Red cloth chemise. One thousand copies were printed by Cambridge University Press. It is unclear as to how many of the 1,000 were bound in morocco, as there were copies that were bound in red cloth. Very good. Unpaginated.
A single copy was printed on vellum for presentation to the King. (Inventory #: 2222672)
