A sequel to Siodmak's 1943 novel Donovan's Brain, in which "Pat Cory, Nobel Prize-winning biochemist, transplants RNA from Hauser, World War II German chemist, to Hillel Mondoro. Unwittingly, he transplants Hauser's whole revenge-directed personality. Mondoro dies killing Geller, Nazi concentration camp criminal, while under control of "Hauser's memory," thus losing Hauser's formula for control of hydrogen fission" (Barron, Anatomy of Wonder 3-351). 82837.
