New York: National Labor Federation, 1978. 23x18 inch poster printed on stiff card, very good. The first part of the text is adapted from the Langston Hughes poem, "Harlem." Artist credited as Van Howell. The National Labor Federation, or NATLFED, was the public front of the Communist Party USA (Provisional) Order of Lenin, led by Jerri Doeden, who adopted the revolutionary pseudonym Eugenio Perente and a mythical biography to accompany it. The group is best known for its front groups such as the Coalition of Concerned Medical Professionals, which have been accused of functioning as cults. (Inventory #: 326968)
