New York: Capitol Publishing Co, 1946. Very good.. Charming mid-century activity alphabet book — with a blackboard and chalk for an interactive learning experience. Children's books published by Capitol Publishing Co. and other major publishers during the mid-century explored fun formats and shapes, but the unusual frame-like layout with a reusable writing element stands out among these publications. Exceptional with the original box and chalk intact.
