Downieville, California, 1875. Softcover. Very Good. Pocket “Pacific Diary for 1875”. San Francisco: Published Annually for the Trade (1874). 16mo. Contains daily manuscript entries for the entire year: January-December, 1875, together with a few memoranda notes and cash account entries at the back, a total of approximately 100 manuscript pages. Contemporary full leather with an expandable pouch on each side and wrap-around flap, all edges gilt. Owner’s name in ink on front free endpaper: “C.C. Darling, Downieville”. The leather is rubbed with moderate wear at the edges, front free endpaper is clipped at one corner, very good or better.
