Front cover separated. Recipes include Indian Pickles, To Collar a Pig's Head, to Curry Rabbit, Paradise Pudding, Orange Brandy, Several Homemade Wines and Madeira, and Curd Cheesecake the predecessor to modern cheesecake prior to the advent of cream cheese.
